Tucson Rodeo Parade - A Look Back

Posted on February 22, 2024 by The Drive

The 99th annual Tucson Rodeo Parade was this morning, Thursday, Feb. 22 and it was a HUGE success! The parade promised a colorful array of local and national dignitaries, Native American tribal leaders, historic wagons, floats, marching bands, mariachis, and rodeo royalty, totaling over 120 entries and including more than 500 horses, 2,300 participants, 85 wagons and buggies, and 8 marching bands...and they delivered! Check out a few pics from our beautiful Bustos Media Wagon where our very own beloved local-icon, Mr. Ken Carr showcased his....face!

Thank you SO MUCH to all who volunteered to made our SO PRETTY and helped Bustos Media Wagon win 2nd place in the "Most Colorful" category. Congratulations and THANK YOU, TUCSON for your continued love and support of this good-ol, hometown radio station.

From all of us at The Drive Tucson, Happy Rodeo Days!
